REFUND POLICY
Returned Products
Refunds are only approvable within 30 days of your purchase. If 30 (thirty) days have gone by since the date of your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
Products that are eligible for a return, must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original, undamaged packaging. If the product is worn or if the original packaging is damaged or missing. No refunds or exchanges will be provided.
Refunds for Damaged or Defective Products
Once your returned product is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the findings of the inspection of your returned product and subsequent approval or rejection of your refund. Once your product is approved for refund, a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.

Exchange Your Product
Magdalena's Closet will replace items if they found to be defective or damaged during shipping. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at sales@magdalenascloset.com
Shipping Responsibility for Returned Items
Shipping for returned items are the responsibility of the customer. If a product was found to be defective or damaged during shipping. Please email photos of the defective product or product "damaged during shipping" and submit to sales@magdalenascloset.com for consideration of return and shipping reimbursements. Upon review of your submission and approval, a return address label emailed to you.
If you are shipping an item, a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance is required. Shipped items returned to Magdalena's Closet will be the responsibility of the customer. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
